Why should I have to pay Homeowner's Dues?
When you chose to buy a house in Shannondale South neighborhood, you agreed to pay the required homeowners dues. You are required by law to pay these dues.
What will happen if I do not pay my dues?
A lien may be placed on your house requiring you to pay any outstanding dues before the sale of your house can be completed.
What do my Homeowners Dues go towards?
